Kuiertocht Westhem
This leisurely stroll takes you along the same path that the residents of Abbega used to walk when they went to church. It took longer via the Hemdyk. That's why they walked along a church path straight through the meadows to the church of the hamlet Feytebuorren.
Please note: since you'll be walking through the farmers' meadows, unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the section of the route between Abbega and Feytebuorren.
A "kuiertocht" is a short walking route. So, it probably won't surprise you that in Frisian, "wandelen" translates to "kuierje". You can easily combine a leisurely stroll with an activity in the area, or choose to embark on another leisurely stroll. An overview of all leisurely strolls can be found here.
