Luxurious 8-day cycling and sailing holiday along the eleven cities of Friesland. During this trip you will make beautiful cycling trips along all 11 cities. Ship Josefien travels behind you and is ready at the next destination. On board you will be fully cared for with an extensive breakfast, lunch (package) and a 3-course dinner every evening.
Day 1: The trip starts in Leeuwarden. You will board the Josefien and get to know other guests and your sleeping place Day 2: Cycling tour Leeuwarden - Bolsward - Sneek (approx. 43 km) Day 3: Cycling tour Sneek - IJlst - Sloten (approx. 25 km) Day 4: Cycling tour Sloten - Stavoren (approx. 25 km) Day 5: Cycling tour Stavoren - Hindeloopen - Workum (approx. 18 km) Day 6: Cycling tour Workum - Harlingen - Franeker (approx. 36 km) Day 7: Cycling tour Franeker - Dokkum (approx. 42 km) Day 8: Cycling tour Dokkum - Leeuwarden (approx. 26 km)
You can choose every morning whether you want to cycle the stage of that day or sail with the ship. You can use your own bike or a bike from ship Josefien. Every evening, you will be cooked for, with the exception of one evening. You can then dine out in a city of your choice.

Location
Embarkation and disembarkation at Snekertrekweg 24 (8912 AA) in Leeuwarden. Parking is free at Snekertrekweg (note: part of the parking spaces is for max. 1 hour).
Important to know
-Price includes 9% VAT and tourist tax
-Price includes a geared bike from ship Josefien
-The sleeping cabins are for 2 people. If you book alone, you agree to share the room with another roommate. Do you want to stay in a 2-person cabin alone? Then you pay a surcharge of 35% on the basic amount. This will be settled afterwards.
-The double cabin has its own shower and toilet, made beds, towels, shampoo, soap and bottles of water.
-There is unlimited coffee, tea and chilled water on board
-Detailed descriptions of the cycling routes, both on paper and digitally are available
-You can use a bicycle bag, helmet, safety vest and telephone holder
Optional to book: -E-bike from ship Josefien for € 140,-. Be on time, because e-bikes are limited available. -Parking your own bike for €25. The bike will be given a covered spot on board and can be secured to the ship. -Parking and charging your own e-bike for €35. The bike will be given a covered spot on board, can be secured to the ship and charged on board. -Mini fridge for in the cabin, capacity 6 litres. €5 per day.
