Join us on a sunset cruise on the Frisian Lakes on Friday 2 May. Sail Events Friesland organises this unique outing from Woudsend.
After an intensive (work) day, want to unwind and relax? Or enjoy a fun evening out? You are welcome! Experience the tranquillity of nature as the evening falls and when you have the water to yourself. You sail past beautiful islands with unique flora and fauna. During the 3-hour trip you will (hopefully - always subject to change) be treated to a beautiful sunset. Around 9:00 PM you will return to the harbour of Woudsend with a satisfied feeling.
You have the opportunity to sit or lie down and relax or actively sail (along) on the Lemsteraak. Skipper Cyrus will be happy to explain everything to you.
6:00 PM: Reception in the harbour with coffee/tea and something tasty. 6:15 PM: Cast off and head for the Frisian Lakes. Drinks can be ordered during the cruise, which can be paid for afterwards by means of a payment request. 20:45: Return to the harbour of Woudsend. While enjoying our ‘mooring’, we will talk about the experiences of the evening on board.
We will only sail in conditions that are attractive to the guests on board. If necessary, Sail Events Friesland will work with you to find a suitable solution for a cruise with pleasant conditions. An excellent catering service is offered on board during the cruise. It is possible to put together a tailor-made package. A tasting, drinks or dinner can be provided before, during or after the cruise. Feel free to contact Sail Events Friesland for the possibilities. Also if you want to sail at a different time or for a longer period.

You can park your car at Lynbaen 15 in Woudsend.
Important to know
The ship is open fifteen minutes before departure. The ship will only sail if the weather conditions permit. The trip will take place if at least 5 people have registered. The maximum number of people is 13. For groups of more than 5 people, please contact us at 06-23 28 4719 or info@saileventsfriesland.nl.
It is advisable to wear sneakers, a windbreaker and sunglasses, a sun cap/hat and sunscreen. To be on the safe side, also bring your swimwear and towel: you never know!
